Refund Policy
China Signal provides immediate access to digital research and member-only content after purchase. Please review the offer and any available sample material before buying.
General rule
Purchases are generally non-refundable. We do not normally issue refunds because of a change of mind, deciding the product is no longer needed, not using the membership, dissatisfaction after accessing the digital research, or misunderstanding information that was clearly described before purchase.
Limited exceptions
We will review a refund request if you were charged twice for the same purchase, if a technical failure on LucidVector’s side prevents delivery of purchased access and cannot reasonably be resolved, or if a refund is required by applicable law. If access has failed, please contact us so we can investigate and try to restore it.
How to contact us
For refund questions, email chris@lucidvector.pro with the email used for the purchase, the purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. Please do not email full payment-card details.
Separate advisory projects
Custom China Market Advisory is a separate service. Any project-specific payment and cancellation terms will be discussed before a project begins.
